SLF-800 high-speed dual-shaft slitting machine is a type of dual-shaft slitting machine improved and designed by our company based on imported slitting machines. It is widely used in the slitting of aluminum foil paper, water pine paper, BOPP, and other materials. Based on extensive practical testing by users, the machine features a compact design, convenient operation, excellent slitting surface quality, high production efficiency, and is an excellent choice for paper processing equipment selection. The machine is mainly used for longitudinal slitting of roll paper and is a dual-shaft rewinding slitting machine with high operating speed, wide slitting range, and high automation degree.

Performance Features

Material Feeding: Hydraulic rocker arm lifting for material loading, equipped with a new type of φ76mm inflatable shaft. The magnetic powder brake is controlled by a new type of all-digital intelligent constant tension controller.

Correction System: Unwinding frame correction method is used; the photoelectric head uses imported components, and the correction system adopts Japanese Mitutoyo.

Slitting Part: Pneumatic clutch and tight structure are adopted for slitting, and the action control is fully automatic program control. The thickened cast iron wall is used to make the machine run smoothly and firmly. Dual-shaft receiving material, rocker arm lifting pneumatic control, with a buffer damper designed on it, which can effectively suppress the shaking of the receiving material shaft caused by paper core defects. The loading and unloading of the rocker arm receiving material shaft is controlled by pneumatic action.

Automatic Unloading and Receiving Shaft System: adopts a sliding rail structure, combined with electric and pneumatic power, to realize the automatic unloading operation of finished product rolls and can automatically unload the finished product material onto the receiving platform. The operation is simple, with a high degree of automation, and can significantly reduce the labor intensity of operators.

Control System: Automatic constant tension control; manual setting of length and control of working speed; servo control of operating speed; imported components for switch buttons; all machine actions and interlocks are controlled by Siemens programmable controller, equipped with an independent electrical control cabinet.
