YP19 Cigarette Case Filling Sealing Machine
YP19 Case Filling and Sealing Machine is a kind of equipment to collect, stack, box and seal finished cigarettes automatically, which can be docked with packing machine and arranged between cigarette conveying system and cigarette box conveying system.
Main Features
1. It can be docked with AGV cart to realize carton supply automation, improve the logistics level of the rolling and wrapping workshop and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
2. Adopting advanced machine vision system, it can make online identification of missing cartons and save the picture showing carton quality together with carton barcode to increase the traceability of carton quality.
3. Easy to realize the conversion of large and small boxes to meet the individual needs of different customers.
4. Provide tape paper, tape paper + spray cold melting glue, tape paper + spray hot melting glue and other sealing methods for users to choose.
5. The electronic control system based on PROF old US field bus, with the industrial control machine as the human-machine dialogue device, obtains real-time production data from PLC, which is convenient for the operator to control and operate the whole production process; the system is equipped with Ethernet routers, which is convenient for the central control of the industrial site and enables the management personnel to monitor the operation status of the equipment remotely and also to operate the equipment remotely.
Our products are shipped from China, the dispatching date will be commenced in few business days after the finishing of QC from the related department.

Expedited shipment
The changing of the shipping methods may have occurred when we are noticed from customer for the needing of rush order or lower rate of shipment delay. The related request is acceptable whenever in prior of the order is dispatched and heading to the designated shipping address.
Note: (PO) boxes or FPO/APO military addresses can only be shipped out by standard shipping method.
The shipping fare for the expedited shipment method may higher than the standard one you chose for, then please be aware that you may ask to pay for the balance for the pertinent shipment substitution.
