YF172 Cigarette Plug Rod Curing Storing Transfemng Device is a flexible connection equipment used for filter rod solidification, transportation and buffer storage, which can be connected with various types of filter rod forming machines and transmitters. The device is arranged between the filter rod forming machine and the transmitter to form an automatic production line for filter rod supply. The filter rods produced by the filter rod forming machine are passed through the device for a certain period of time, so that the filter rods are fully dried and Solidify to reach the hardness required for filter tipping, and its buffer storage function can effectively adjust the mismatch between the filter rod forming machine and the transmitter.
Main Features
1. The elevator adopts the patented technology of large turning radius. The inner belt is made of imported soft belt, and the outer belt is made of special engineering plastic chain plate, so that the turning and lifting of the filter rod can be smoothly transitioned. The filter rod is moderately tight in the passage without rolling and rubbing. In this way, the damage of the filter rod during turning and lifting can be minimized, and the appearance quality of the filter rod can be effectively protected.
2. The storage and curing warehouse adopts high-strength aluminum profiles, which improves the operation stability of the storage and curing warehouse, and has a beautiful appearance.
3. The storage and curing warehouse and the conveying channel are adjustable, which can meet the curing, storage and conveying of filter rods with different length specifications between 90 and 150mm.
4. The storage and solidification warehouse is designed in two forms: floor type and elevated type. Customers can choose the layout according to the existing factory building.
5. The electronic control system adopts S7-300 PLC as the main controller, adopts PROFIBUS field bus communication, has good compatibility and scalability, and reserves an industrial Ethernet interface, which is convenient for the factory to realize network management.
6. Driven by AC variable frequency speed regulation, the operation is stable and reliable, energy saving and environmental protection.
