BOPP Film is the fine transparent soft plastic packaging material. It belongs to crystalline polymers product, whose crystalines is increased as a result of the molecular that is bi-axially oriented. Therefor its properties including strength tensile, elastic modulus, impact strength, and elongation at break and folding strength are apparently improved.
Anti-static agents are generally added to the middle layer of the film.
Therefore, in order to obtain better anti-static effect, the film generally needs a certain storage period.
In the cigarette factory packaging machine, static electricity can be quickly conducted through metal or electrostatic eliminator and transfer, in addition to the humidity environment is also conducive to the film surface electrostatic.
In case of large electrostatic film or dry season (such as winter), torch factory can put the film into the packaging workshop in advance, the packaging workshop can adjust the humidity is the most ideal, or wet workshop floor with water, or wet towel on the end of the film roll, is one of the emergency solutions.
